I am a talent-strategy, organizational development and People Operations leader. I have a passion for creating work environments where people can thrive. I believe that human capital, and the strategy around it, are at the heart of any healthy and competitive organization and that’s what fuels my passion for working in the people space.
I am working on ensuring that the People experience at Busara makes us an attractive employer and that our teams have the right environment to generate great outputs for our clients and partners. Over the last years at Busara, I’ve working on improving our hiring, building competency frameworks, structured payscales, performance management mechanisms and many other initiatives to build a positive culture.

I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LL.B) and a Master’s degree in Diplomacy from the University of Naiobi.
